About Climate Experts

Climate Experts is a full-service residential and light commercial HVAC contracting company. We provide solutions to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning problems that occur in most homes and small businesses. These include, but are not limited to, offering services such as maintenance, repair, and installation of heating and air conditioning equipment and ductwork.

Climate Experts' goal is to provide these services to homeowners and business owners looking for something different from a contractor.

We have been in business for 17 years now, but we have been in and around the industry since 1998. We have worked for some of the larger, well-known HVAC companies during that time period and decided we wanted to provide a more personable and straightforward approach to the HVAC service industry.

Being a smaller independent company allows us to provide a direct, honest, and flexible approach to pricing and options needed on a case-by-case basis. Rather than being entirely profit and overhead driven like larger structured contractors, we enjoy being able to make decisions that benefit both us and our customers. These benefits include keeping up with the best training offered by manufacturers, owning the best diagnostic tools available, so we can make a fast, accurate diagnosis, and having accounts with all brands, so we aren’t pressured to carry only one type of equipment at one price. This business model offers a lot of flexibility and options to you, our customer.

This enables us to be the first, middle, and last contact for our customers, which offers 100% accountability. There are no middlemen or employees passing the buck down the line. This keeps us honest, and there’s no way to have miscommunication that can lead to a bad experience.

While Climate Experts enjoys our smaller independent status, as our customer base grows we will have to grow enough to meet the demands of that customer base. Our goal is to stay small enough to provide the same accountable service as we always have. This will ensure that we will be available to my customers to answer any questions or concerns they may have and to find solutions that satisfy them.

What makes us different is that we provide honest diagnostics coupled with prompt service, fair prices, and many options & flexibility on whether to repair or replace your systems. We would never sell you something you didn’t need or want, and we use a no-pressure approach to sales. This includes equipment brands and pricing tiers that can fit everyone’s needs, wants, and budgets. We do not, and have never pushed large expensive systems on our customers just to increase profits. This is the very reason I started my own business.
